Pulse College Final Project

For my final end-of-year project I made a simple adventure game with Unity.

The objective is to do some small tasks aboard a train and deal with

a stowaway.

Currently, I've been working on and off for a new project working off of the

foundation of my game project at Pulse College. Experimenting with

different techniques and styles to develop the aesthetic of the project.

In the above video, I worked on improving my abilities with Blender to create

the truck while keeping the pixel art look for the characters. I rigged and

animated them using tools inside Unity. I felt it adds some uniqueness to the

pixel aesthetic while also making the animation process faster.

I did originally experiment with more detailed environments with fully drawn

frame-by-frame animation in the video below. While I felt the idea had

potential I thought for a solo project it would be better to keep it simple at

first and didn't go very far in this direction.
